Email Backups

  1. Login in to your cPanel.
  2. Under the section JetBackup, click on Email Backups.
  3. On new page, locate the email account and date you wish to access and then click on the button GENERATE DOWNLOAD.
  4. Read the note, then click on the button Add to Download Queue.
  5. At the bottom click on Go Back.
  6. Click on Queue.
  7. Once your backup is ready, click on the button DOWNLOAD.
  8. Notice an archive of your email account has been downloaded to your computer.
